Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

pit to pit: 32" (stretched) 36"

sleeve length: 4"

total length: 18 1/2"

Fits like a women's small to medium. Material allows for some stretch. Top is intended to fit tight. Model is typically a size small. 

Very small, minor, faint, marking on front of tee. Some fainter markings on back of tee (shown in last photo.) Sold as is.
