90s Plaid Blazer with Black Velvet Collar

Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

pit to pit: 39"

sleeve length: 22"

total length: 28"

Fits like a women's small to petite medium. Marked a size 10P. Intended slightly boxy fit, sleeves fit short. Blazer has shoulder pads sewn into lining.
