90s Black Slinky Pants

Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

waist: 26"

hip: 38"

rise: 12"

inseam: 30"

total length: 41 1/2"

Fits like a women's small. Marked a chico's size 1. Material and elastic at waist allows for some stretch. Pants are slightly pinned on model.
