Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

pit to pit: 30" (stretched) 42"

waist: 26" (stretched) 36"

hip: 44"

rise: 15 1/2"

inseam: 4"

total length: 28"

Fits like a women's large. Originally marked a size large. Material and elastic at bust & waist allows for some stretch. Model has romper pinned.
