80s Layered Panels Short Sleeve Blazer

Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

pit to pit: 38"

sleeve length: 11"

total length: 26"

Fits like a women's small. Marked a size 6. Blazer has shoulder pads sewn into liner. 

Very faint discoloration on back of neck at collar, not visible from outside.
