Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled:

hip: 38"

rise: 12"

inseam: 34"

total length: 44"

Fits like a women's medium. Marked a size 34. Jeans have the measurement of a size large waist but hip measurement of a size medium. Pants length is marked as L. Tall friendly!
