Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

pit to pit: 45"

sleeve length: 24"

total length: 33"

Fits like a women's large. Jacket has thinner shoulder pads sewn into lining. 

Very faint marking on seam under right sleeve. Sold as is.
