80s Acid Wash Pencil Skirt with Zip

Measurements taken while laying flat, then doubled: 

waist: 23" (stretched) 26" approx.

hip: 35" approx.

total length: 22"

Fits like a women's extra small. Elastic panels on front and back of waist allow for some stretch.
